La musica de Camara
“Amazonas” is the name of a series of concerts that happen around the world featuring The Azlo Orchestra, guests and soloists, performing Composers from all times that have inspired their work in the ancestral power of the Amazon rainforest, The increased level of environmental damage that we have been causing to our planet and to the communities that have been living in the rain forests around the world for thousands of years demands a strong response from the generations we live in, and in particular from the artistic community. The main purpose of this series of concerts is to raise awareness among different audiences globally about environmental damage, using our language, Music, to expose the audience to great Masterpieces from the past that have been forgotten and comissioning new Music from living composers mainly from Latin America.
AZLO Productions is a New York based project of musical and cultural exchange between Spain, Latin-American countries and the US. Azlo was created with the main purpose of promoting Latin American Music and Musicians abroad, and to contribute to the unification of the Americas trough Art. This year we are proud to present Amazonas 2015, “La Musica de Camara” featuring masterpieces from the Spanish and Latin American, chamber music repertoire featuring the New York based "Re-Bow” Chamber ensemble and introducing REDES USA a program that Promotes music instruction that incorporates community-building and civic educations at its core. Aimed at young people in the tri- state area between the ages of 7 and 17, REDES USA's goal is to positively impact the living conditions of student participants, their families and their communities at large.

The main purpose of this series of concerts is to raise awareness among different audiences globally using our language, Music, a language that knows no translations and through its power call the attention on the commonality of this tragedy. We, at AZLO Music Productions, believe that through Art we can bring our contribution to protect and preserve this precious rainforest that We and our descendants will continue breathing, and invite the world to take a better look at this incredible part of the planet that little by little is disappearing. More importantly getting exposed to great Marterpieces from the past that have been forgotten and listening to new Music from great composers and performers from Around the World.
